wordpress custom page template not visiblable in wp-admin?

How to display wordpress custom page template which is exist but not display in wp-admin?
some time this happend, we upload all files by ftp on server, but wp-admin not show custom page tempates dropdown to select.
Solution
you need to do these steps, and it will fixed itself.
- go Manage Themes, and activate any other theme.
- Now Reactivate your desired theme (which you deactivated )
- go in page section and check select template dropdown appear.
